Lumia 620 coming next week in India

Lumia 620, the cheapest Windows Phone 8 smartphone from the Finnish giant was supposed to arrive in India by early February. But somehow the smartphone was delayed, now, there are strong suggestions that Lumia 620 will launch in India on March 12 and will be priced at Rs. 15,199 for the Indian markets.

Lumia 620 is the mid-range sibling of the recently announced Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 in India on January 14. Lumia 620 is available for pre-order from various online retailers. While Flipkart is offering it for Rs. 15,199, Infibeam is offering users to prebook it for Rs. 2,000 and says that “the item will be released on March 12″.

Nokia recently unveiled the Lumia 520 which will become the cheapest Windows Phone 8 smartphone once it hits the Indian shores, and the Lumia 720 which will be positioned between the Lumia 620 and Lumia 820. Both the smartphones were unveiled at the recently concluded MWC 2013.
